Required skills

• 8+ years of experience in BizX (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation) functional -or- BizX (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation) QA domain
• Participated in a migration or implementation project for any of the modules:
• Employee Central, Performance, Goals, Compensation
• Experienced in supporting large HCM implementation where lot of integrations are present
• Basic knowledge of cloud terminologies and infrastructure terminologies
• Certification on any of the SAP HCM module is an added advantage
• Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as a Bizx functional consultant in a cloud migration scenario
• Define the testcases for Migration/ Cutover / Steady state
• Work along with customer program leads (AVPs) to understand the scope of work
• Work along with automation and devops team to make sure the defined testcases are automated in a ci/cd pipeline
