Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Uses SQL/SAS to create, maintain, and manipulate databases to track business performance related to value-based payment models (e.g., Accountable Care Organizations, Patient Centered Medical Homes, Bundled Payments).
Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results.
Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for various business segments for top management decision-making.
Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
May require strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems.
May coordinate with external audits as appropriate.
Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors.
Works independently.
Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns.
Works side by side with his or her manager.
Leads software development and operational tasks alongside IT partners.
Qualifications Qualifications for all
levels
Experience providing leadership in evaluating
financial performance of complex organizations required.
Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational,
planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of
query tools (SQL) is required; knowledge of statistical software (SAS, R)
is a plus.
Healthcare background preferred.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
Strong analytical, organizational, presentation and
problem solving skills.
Business
Information Consultant Senior
Requires a BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or
Business Administration; 12+ years of relevant experience; or any
combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
background.
This job is focused on identifying solutions to
business problems and needs, very knowledgeable across products, more
customer facing in recommending solutions, expert in data analysis,
extremely independent, more interpretation of what is required by the
business as compared to the Business Information Consultant job.
Business
Information Consultant
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; minimum 5
years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which
would provide an equivalent background.
This job is more focused on higher level technical
expertise, mentoring staff in lower job levels; more customer facing,
higher level of collaboration, work is higher volume and/or higher risk,
as compared to the Business Information Analyst Senior job.

Analyst Senior
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; 3-5 years data analysis or related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
This job is more focused on complex and varied
metrics, making recommendations and providing assistance to staff as
compared to the Business Information Analyst II job.

Analyst II
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; 2-4 years related operational and/or data analysis experience; experience in database structures and standard query and reporting tools; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
