Sr. Automation Engineer We are looking for a Sr. QA Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. This role will be temporarily remote due to COVID. Responsibilities:
Work with our Business Planning Unit
Work hands-on with testing, automation
Collaborate with a small talented team of engineers
Communicate cross-functionally with multiple teams
Involved in migration project from Oracle to Postgres
Requirements:
6+ years of experience working with development and QA as SDET or automation engineer
Proven experience in programmatically testing software products and automating those tests
Experience testing relational databases Oracle, Postgres or MySQL
Experience with API testing required
Experience with Python required
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent work or educational experience required
Experience working with scalable data platforms like Kubernetes, ZooKeeper or the like
Experience with Java
Experience writing automated tests in a Continuous Integration (CI) systems
