• Minimum IT experience of 12+ years, 6+ years of experience in MS Office 365 (O365), SharePoint Online and MS Teams
• Hands on experience in O365 Tenant configurations; configuring O365 tenant to set-up MS Teams service as per the functional requirements
• Experience in establishing integration between collaboration and communication services like Teams, Zoom, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint services
• 2+ years of experience in product development and working with offshore team & Agile methodology
• Secondary skills/Good to have - Awareness on O365 security and governance policies
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Self-directed with an aptitude manging and tracking projects, tasks, and backlogs.
• Wisdom to go looking for the root cause of problems and communicate openly about them.
• Certification - Any technical certification in Microsoft O365 would be an advantage.

• Responsible for overall architecture design; providing walkthrough of the proposed design and getting approval from customer.
• Microsoft Teams Rollout and Intranet Design creation. Responsible for defining the Teams rollout strategy.
• Guiding the development team on the finalized design and providing technical clarifications.
• Document the understanding and conduct walk-through with the customer team. Good team player.
• Responsible for supporting UAT and PROD deployments. This is an individual contributor role.
