Full Job Description
Well versed VMWare Horizon VDI Engineer
In the role, the Horizon VDI Engineer will be the primary point person overseeing a massive migration from Citrix to Horizon VDI for a number of applications and departments in a mission critical environment
Top Requirements
Horizon Backend Support Environment Support, connection brokers, pools, capacity management, remote UAG, Horizon VDI image troubleshooting, Horizon application publications deployments
Horizon backend environment support, connection brokers, pools, capacity management, remote user access gateway (UAG) must have!
Horizon - VDI images troubleshooting / builds, must have!
Horizon - application publications deployments must have!
Citrix - Citrix to Horizon environment and application migration experience would be great!
Citrix knowledge support experience – nice to have
VXRail and HP Synergy hardware familiarity low priority nice to have
Health Care experience a nice to have, but certainly not mandatory
Nice to Haves:
1. Strong nice to have- Citrix - Citrix to Horizon environment and application migration experience
2. VXRail and HP Synergy hardware familiarity
