Client needs someone who can not only extract the data, but who knows the steps in the model selection. Someone who knows the steps of data validation, who can make enhancements to datamart, and who has good critical thinking capabilities to make recommendations and decisions - and understand why they are doing the validations
If they have a health background - it would be nice to have - but data analysis in any field will be OK
