Tyson School of Medicine at medschool.kp.org.Under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity, the EI&D Coordinator will develop and implement programs and processes to deliver project management, operational and administrative services. The incumbent will support Equity, Inclusion & Diversity initiatives and projects led by the Associate Dean of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EI&D) and Director including but not limited to general project management, EI&D outreach and engagement, communications, events, training and learning management, and other projects as assigned.Essential Responsibilities:

Project management: Provides project management, analysis, administrative, and operational services. Coordinates projects within defined areas to meet the overall timelines, working with necessary subject matter experts to complete. Updates EI&D project dashboard.

EI&D Outreach and Engagement: Coordinates with the Office of Admissions and Office of Academic and Community Affairs on outreach and engagement plans. Maintains updated outreach and recruitment travel list. Maintains an inventory of active pathway programs. Evaluates and supports existing pathway programs. Assists in the development of new pathway programs.

Communications: Maintains EI&D Events & Training Calendar. Creates printed and electronic communications for EI&D Office. Works on website updates for EI&D pages. Designs presentations and reports. Archives EI&D marketing and communications deliverables. Updates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for EI&D Office, including data imports/uploads, creation of electronic communications and workflow generation. Creates dashboard reports using CRM data. Maintain listservs and Microsoft Teams access for EI&D Community Forum and EI&D Workgroups. Conduct and document environmental scans.

Event Coordination: Coordinates speaking engagements for EI&D office, including workshops, student office hours, meetings with feeder institution and other events. Prepares EI&D materials for events. Tracks budget for events. Sets up in person and virtual meetings (MS Teams, Web Ex, etc.) Creates registration, pre-event and post-event surveys.

Learning Management and Training: Oversees course and class setup in KP Learn. Oversees Learning Management System (LMS) administration for EI&D Office, including registration, training communications, and credit administration. Runs reports pre and post-event. Works with Office of Assessment and Evaluation on post-training surveys. Tracks of required trainings for various stakeholders, providing reports of individuals who must complete EI&D trainings. Archives training documentation.

Basic Qualifications:Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of program coordination, operations, project management or related experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Experience with the development or support of pathway programs.
