Responsible for collection of all documents related to these investments and administrative organization and archiving of such documents.

Coordination between the Investment team and the Credit department for review, approval and ongoing monitoring.

Coordination with both external and internal stakeholders for due diligence and monitoring of these investments.

Responsible for tracking capital calls and preparation of funding on these capital calls.

Developing, preparing, reconciling, and modifying recurring and ad-hoc schedules for management reporting. Documentation includes but is not limited to data needed for external and internal reporting including board reporting, and internal and external audit activities.

Manage and integrate data from a variety of sources into cohesive and comprehensive presentations and reports

Responsible for ongoing monitoring of tax credit investments including review of third party quarterly reports, preparation of internal summary analysis and regular internal reporting.

Bachelor's degree required in finance, business, accounting or equivalent work experience,

Strong work ethic

Proficient in excel spreadsheets is highly desired

Any SQL experience is beneficial but not required

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

2 - 3 years work experience required
