Jr. Telehealth Support Specialist

Remote (local to Pasadena, CA)

Apex Systems is looking for qualified candidates to join a contract opportunity with one of our healthcare clients!

Job Description:

We are seeking a strong Support Specialist to join the Operational Telehealth team to ensure virtual visits run smoothly and efficiently for their members. This person will be responsible for connecting with members prior to their virtual visit to guarantee that the technology is working properly. They will troubleshoot any issues prior to the visit on that call this could include: making sure the right microphone is selected, downloading additional apps & the video works well. This service provided was implemented to increase the success rate of the virtual visits.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Doesn't get flustered with technology - need to be able to handle technical issues on the fly
• Customer service skills
• Solid internet connection
• MS Teams, Epic and or healthcare experience - preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented
• Consistent in their documentation
