Responsible for assisting with the service and repair of equipment, facilities, and guest requests or concernsPerforms a wide variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance activities and duties (e.g. HVAC, carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical)Installs system component parts, office equipment and facility components (e.g. lighting, heating and ventilating systems, alarms, plumbing, security, and electrical panels)Responsible for monitoring the work order system and completing work orders as assignedMaintains assigned vehicle, tools and equipment in safe operating conditionMonitors contractors to ensure work is completed properly, efficiently and meets JUSTIN’s safety standardsResponds to emergency maintenance situations as assignedFollows all company policies and works in a safe and efficient manner
