Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience with the online subscription/membership space required DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Digital Product Manager who will be the in-house expert and leader for a portfolio of digital consumer and commercial products, including the new subscription service and various consumer apps. You will manage our digital product portfolio and new digital product development and work alongside developers and industrial design, marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure the products’ success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver detailed product requirements for new products based on subject matter expertise, deep understanding of the market, and working closely with business stakeholders
Lead development of digital projects from inception through launch
Manage feature development, testing and ongoing QA
Constantly have your finger on the pulse. Be the eyes and ears for the competitive landscape and identifying market trends
Create, prioritize and refine product roadmap
Communicate product status and roadmap evolution to senior management
Use customer feedback to create improvements
Create customer support resources
Requirements and Performance Standards Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
4+ years of product management experience working with a software engineering team
Experience working with UX teams designing features
Expertise with project management tools
Proficient with app stores for Apple, Android, and Roku devices
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, and translate complex requirements into simple direction
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others and as a supportive team member
