Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager for a 12 month contract position with our client in the SEO industry located in Playa Vista, CA. This position will be remote until the office reopens but candidate needs to be located in the Pacific time zone.
Summary:
As a Vendor Enterprise Threat Management team within GSRS, you will be responsible for execution of GSRS's threat management program covering highly scaled detection, assessment, and mitigation.
You will develop domain expertise across the breadth of the program and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in ETM's vendor management workflow.
You will have accountability of vendor compliance for which includes, but is not limited to overseeing staffing, SLA adherence, quality performance and other contractual metrics.
You will partner with stakeholders, cross functional teams and suppliers to make it a success.
This role includes enabling the Vendors to operate as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
You will also contribute to sections of the long-term global operational strategy and support model, including technical decisions, contract agreements, vendor selection and continuous improvements of business processes.
This role will report to the Vendor Management Lead, Enterprise Threat Group.
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for flawless operations by managing overall vendor performance for ETM, driving vendor selection, consultation, and overall vendor operations strategies.
Support vendor activities including monthly planning for staffing, training/certification of new agents, and tools access; work with vendor and subject matter experts to test adequacy of workflow documentation and communicate need for updates/clarifications.
Work with analysts and finance partners to establish PO coverage; review invoices from suppliers, ensuring that services rendered match services invoiced
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement of vendor performance (SLA compliance, MBRs, QBRs).
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
To maintain the teams compliance with all policies of internal stakeholder teams like Privacy, Legal and other Supplier Operations.
To draft SOW and ISA contracts and to do all the preparatory admin to fund purchase orders and pay vendors on time.
To identify and mitigate risk in each vendor engagement, by partnering with internal teams to support the flawless execution of staffing, capacity planning, and forecasting
Requirements:
Bachelor or advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in vendor management.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and experience in applying project management tools
Strong communication skills and ability to influence people to contribute to continuous improvement of operations and keen ability to influence cross-functionally.
Prior support responsibility for output of a vendor operation, including achievement of key targets and metrics tracking
Proven experience in risk and change management
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
