This is a key supporting role in which you will partner with scientists to collaborate on experiments. You’ll get to work in and help create a highly engaged, collaborative environment that maintains and develops well-known brands such as Hidden Valley, KC Masterpiece and more! In addition, you will be exercising your curiosity.Job Responsibilities include:
Batching of Formulations
Preparation of Lab Materials & Formulatoins
Calibration of lab equipment (pH, Titrators, Viscometers)
Obtaining Finished Product Specifications
General Lab Tidiness
Ensuring safety procedures are followed
Requirements:B.S. in Food Science, Culinary Art, or relevant science degree. Restaurant industry experience will also be considered. Must have worked in a lab or kitchen

Highly capable with lab practices, running & improving test methods, material preparation, and batch assessment.

Must be able to do the following, because the job tasks may include:· Handling meat, vegetables, fish, milk, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, eggs andother food ingredient chemicals and allergens while wearing appropriate PPE.· Some lab, pilot plant, and plant work may include including wearing a respirator whilehandling these ingredients.
