Serves as a strategic thought partner, using deep technical and subject matter expertise, industry best practices and internal insights to consult HR Business Partners and senior leaders. Provides effective counsel and relays implications of options, influencing key decision makers.
Supports HR Business Partners and business leaders in the delivery of compensation processes, programs and business initiatives, including mid-year and annual compensation review processes, pay equity, market analyses, job evaluation, salary recommendations and more.
Performs industry research, analysis and reporting to ensure market competitiveness; analyzes complex data & problem solves in service of business initiatives, with the understanding of implications to overall priorities.
Proactively identifies and recommends areas of improvement and takes initiative to drive them to resolution.
Reviews, recommends, implements and supports appropriate compensation and Total Rewards solutions with the goal of enhancing the employee experience.
Leads various compensation ad-hoc projects and analyses, as required.
Requirements:
5-8+ years of diverse compensation experience in support of a variety of client functions; in-depth knowledge on core compensation philosophies and principles
Previous exposure to international and sales compensation preferred
Advanced analytical and technical skills, including data wrangling, analysis and visualization
Strong consultative, negotiation and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity to effectively consult and recommend creative solutions to unique challenges
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to synthesize technical concepts to relatable language that is in service of business needs.
Executes team objectives & adopts change management principles
Self-starter with the ability to make decisions independently with minimal supervision
Establishes strong working relationships and works well with others in a team environment
