Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst/Program Manager


Location:
Pleasanton, CA / Remote


Duration:
12+ month contract with possible extension


Day to day:


Following up with vendors regarding questionnaires (overseeing that they are completed), responding to supplier inquiries, process improvements regarding onboarding and supplier management (creating process maps/plans and updating as needed), updating contract language, (working with sourcing to make these updates), timeline/deadline activities, stakeholder updates, maintaining dashboards regarding status updates



  • Perform audit of supply chain suppliers - questionnaire, tracking, follow up

  • Update contract language for Supplier contracts

  • Update on the contracts for Suppliers impacted

  • Update processes for supplier onboarding, identification, reporting, and monitoring

  • Supporting compliance and process activities (at different stages)

  • Identifying gaps in implementation activities


Requirements


  • Contracts experience

  • Reporting & Analysis experience

  • Time management skills

  • Supply chain experience (contracts reviews, contract management; compliance)

  • Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)

  • Nice to have Skills:

  • Familiar with FedRamp compliance activities; Federal Contracting

  • Experience with Vizio or similar
