DescriptionA Fortune 500, publicly owned construction company dedicated to building quality work & exceeding top-notch customer service, is seeking an AP clerk to help out with accounts payable processes. The AP team here is up and coming, rapidly growing, and looking for an extra hand to cover additional needs with vendor/customer payments, data entry, and monitoring their accounts. Analytical, tech savvy, and strong communication skills are key!What you'll do:Enter high volume of vendor/customer invoices into systemCreate G/L to reconcile shortages/overages in APCreate reports showing AP Aging and Due DatesPull invoices for paymentCreate check register and print checks, attaching the invoices being paidMail checks once signed, file paid billsAble to contact vendors to resolve payable issuesVerifying accuracy of vendor invoices including POsResearching and resolving discrepancies as neededFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to Tiffany Hoang at tiffany.hoang@accountemps.com.
