MUST HAVES

• Has worked as Business analyst to implement or develop
  
  Property tax management application



• Strong knowledge and experience working in Property tax
  
  ,Insurance tracking, escrow administration ,delinquency, refunds, Audit,
  
  and penalty



• Understands Real estate tax processing functions for
  
  escrowed and non-escrowed loans



• Has integrated Tax servicers and lender servicing
  
  systems to property tax management application

• Must have 5-8 years of experience on capturing the
  
  requirement from business stakeholders and convert that to BRD document.



• Knowledge on Total Tax Service and Enhanced Tax Service
  
  is must



• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders



• Communicate, translate, and simplify business
  
  requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders



• Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help
  
  the organization achieve its goals



• Client, organize, and clarify business needs and
  
  review/produce specifications for change



• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to
  
  ensure that they understand the specifications.



• Conduct business process modeling and generate
  
  applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team
