SummaryYou will serve as a Physical Scientist in the Environmental Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.ResponsibilitiesRequirementsConditions of EmploymentnullQualificationsIn addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting environmental policy and applying it to federal entities such as the Department of Defense; 2) Managing environmental project scopes, schedules, and budgets; 3) Developing and/or managing solid waste compliance programs, including Integrated Solid Waste Management Plans, Qualified Recycling Plans, and metrics reporting; and 4) Writing and discussing technical engineering/science reports.
