responsibilities:
Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems.
Gathers critical information from meetings and produces useful reports.
Defines the primary objectives of new projects.
Identifies, documents, validates, and analyzes the key business needs and requirements.
Analyzes and models the business domain to create a complete picture of the processes and requirements to be fulfilled by existing and/or proposed software.
Evaluates potential software solutions, and their system capabilities and architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
Coordinates requirements walk-through and sign-offs with business stakeholders.
Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Participates in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems.
May be responsible for documenting the functional and technical design of the system on specific projects.
Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure system is properly implemented.
Assists in testing the system and create system documentation and user manuals.
Contributes to project plans.
Works closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Manages competing resources and priorities.
Monitors deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
