Our client has an exciting opening for an OCM Expert join their team. This is a 6 month contract with potential extensions.
Title: OCM Expert (O365)

Type: 6 months contract with potential extensions Responsibilities:
-Strong Communication/ Emphasis in Teams and champion in change
-This person will spend a majority of their time working with and across all business units to quickly understand their current business processes with regard to the Microsoft 365 suite of tools. This person will learn what components or capabilities will bring most benefits to business units and will help lead the rollout and integration of new capabilities.
-Works closely with Change Champions and Change Agents to enthusiastically and effectively gain adoption.
-Knowledgeable and savvy in Microsoft Office 365 technology including technical implementation of each of the major components in scope for this program (Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).CORE COMPETENCIES / KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-Demonstrated experience identifying how the Microsoft 365 capabilities help the business.
-Demonstrated experience working with business units to understand the benefits and adopting the tools and processes.
-Demonstrated experience successfully implementing all components of Microsoft 365, with a focus on adoption techniques and strategies for the business units.Organizational Change Management
OCM/Analyst addresses the people side of change management
-Assist the business in building upon the project o/365 implementation, description and vision of how to communicate with each business line
-Responsible for gathering requirements, research and analysis of existing and proposed solutions in the development, modification, and enhancement of 0/365 implementation
