Senior voice engineer to work on a our Five9 CCaaS implementation and our migration of UC Voice to MS Teams.
Lead engineer, partnering with our internal Sr Voice Engineer / Architect to deliver a migration project.
We will migrate our US Customer Experience Centers first, followed by Europe, Latin America and Asia.
You will bring senior level experience to the table.
This is a remote position, although an occasional trip to our facilities could be required. (No more than once or twice for the duration of the project)
Lead engineering experience in:
UCaaS implementations and support, preferably Five9
The CISCO UCCE / CUCM voice infrastructure stack
Migrating SIP to the cloud; porting numbers to Five9
