Job Details
Responsible for the design and successful operation of new and existing industrial machines and systems, meeting the client's system requirements and company profitability goals, all in accordance with agreed upon time schedules, quality parameters, client needs and manufacturing capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent number of years of experience. MUST HAVE Solidworks 2021 - software 3-years minimum experience.
Directly communicates with internal and external clients to understand and define their system or machine needs. Solidworks design and drafting experience - highly knowledgeable, working quickly to design and produce manufacturing drawings, BOMs, renderings, and assembly drawings, all while holding company profitability goals. Work with Manufacturing Director on design changes, modifications, all testing requirements and any needed research and development. Document and publish operations & safety manuals. Manages several projects at one time. Understands and responds to all requests, both verbal and written. Travels as needed for client start-ups, job-walks, upgrades and others.
