Title:- Compensation Analyst

Duration:- Temp to Hire

Required :- Bachelor's Degree

Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and
report suspected violations.
2. Applies broad knowledge of compensation principles, practices and procedures in managing all aspects of compensation across all Eisenhower
Health divisions. Supports, guides, and makes recommendations to HR managers and leaders across all divisions with all compensation related
issues.
3. Compiles, creates & analyzes information pertaining to market data relating to compensation.
4. Evaluates requests to establish equitable and appropriate titles, salary ranges, job analyses, pay rates, and exemption assignments. Participates
in the development, implementation and administration of wage and salary, and performance appraisal.
5. Oversees all jobs including creation and maintenance of job profiles, compensation grades and grade profiles, FLSA status, and all other system
requirements within HRIS system.
6. Conducts job evaluations using survey and internal compensation data and provides recommendations on pay rates.
7. Consults with all divisions on issues relating to establishing new jobs, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour, schedules, FLSA status and
policy questions.
8. Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and works with Relationship
Manager to educate leaders.
9. Identifies compensation inequities and makes recommendations to Relationship Managers and Leaders as needed, providing best practices and
budgeting considerations.
10. Acts as Performance Manager super user providing assistance to HR Team and Leaders with all job description and performance evaluations, as
well as system interfacing.
11. Oversees all aspects of job descriptions and supports HR Team as Performance Manager super user. Ensures job descriptions meet regulatory
requirements and maintain hospital’s standards. Partners with clients on the development of job descriptions based on various methods of input
from discussions with managers and/or employees, questionnaires or observation of work.
12. Manages all compensation-related projects such as annual increases for all eligible employees; annual evaluation of Eisenhower Health jobs
related to market salary survey data; years of experience (YOE) analyses; ACA workforce analysis and other regulation-required reporting.
13. Provides analytical compensation support through the use of established compensation evaluation systems, analytics, design, and reporting.
Conducts and participates in salary surveys, interprets salary data and performs analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the
marketplace for Eisenhower Health. Manages compensation surveys and completes full analysis with survey data to make recommendations
across all divisions.
14. Serve as a consultant to HR Relationship Manager, Recruitment, and leadership throughout Eisenhower Health for a broad range of
compensation actions.
15. Prepares analytical reports for HR and Hospital management on Eisenhower Health competitive position, prepares recommendations for salary
structure and position pay changes as necessary.
16. Collaborates with HRIS Specialist and IS in providing support and oversight of HRIS programs across all divisions for reporting, auditing and
ensuring the automation and integration of systems to eliminate and reduce manual processes and potential for errors. Acts as a point person
for Workday systems relating to all compensation functions in addition to general reporting functions. Ensures that the system meets
compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, pay adjustments, job profiles, etc.

17. Creates, analyzes and provides in-depth recommendations for process improvements in multiple areas of HR.
18. Backs up Relationship Manager in his/her absence for all compensation and general reporting/system related issues.
19. Evaluates industry, economic and competitive market trends to recommend ranges, adjustments, and hiring rates for jobs and employees
throughout Eisenhower Health.
20. Reviews changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems.
21. Serve as an internal consultant on compensation matters, including the interpretation and application of policies, and procedures regarding
salary ranges, job reclassifications, promotional increases and other pay adjustments.
22. Enhances professional growth and development though participation in educational programs, reviewing current literature, attending in-service
meetings, and workshops.
23. Stays current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance.
24. Performs other duties as assigned.
