Cornerstone Community Bank is recruiting for full-time Bank Teller / Customer Service Specialist at our Downtown Redding branch located at 1845 California Street.
Description
Performs a wide range of paying and receiving services, including taking deposits and withdrawing funds. Balances a cash drawer daily. Assists customers in troubleshooting and resolving account problems. Recommends Bank products and services. Provides excellent customer service.
Experience
Teller experience preferred.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, unless age 18
Effective selling and cross-selling skills
Excellent written, verbal/nonverbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to utilize personal computers, Windows based programs and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word
Copy/scanning machine skills required
Phone skills and etiquette required
Physical requirements: May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
Pay will be commensurate with experience and ability.
