A long time Redding independent property management company has a need for a Financial Assistant. We offer 8 paid federal holidays the first year of employment and after 1 year the benefits include: paid vacation, employer matching IRA and company contributed tax savings cafeteria plan. Required knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, bank reconciliation, accounting and bookkeeping. Hours required would be 20-25 hours a week but flexible with the scheduled days. Starting wage would be $14-$16 an hour depending on experience.
