The CookHouse at Bridge Bay, serves fresh cuisine in a casual atmosphere. This is the place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and delicious dishes guests of all ages love, ranging from Chicken Fried Steak and French Toast to tasty salads, mouthwatering pastas and our famous Prime Rib.
The CookHouse is currently hiring experienced, career minded lead cook. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Management encourages employees to enjoy their working environment. Therefore, team members should communicate appropriately with all staff and supervisor, listen effectively, and have a true desire to satisfy our guests. Team members are expected to maintain product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
Qualifications:
Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
Food handler certified
Practices sanitation and safe food handling at all times
At least 3 years of previous line experience
Candidate must be able to perform all basic cooking skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Personable, energetic team player with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Open availability (including weekends and holidays)
