Restpadd Psychiatric Health Facility is a 24-hour inpatient 16 bed hospital. We are looking for a LVN for day shift Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day to handle admissions and discharges. The shift would be 2 to 4 weekends per month based on your availability. Previous experience in healthcare and mental health required.
Responsibilities include: review incoming packets for all required documents and present to nursing staff, complete the admission process with new patients, communicate with County Clients, keep accurate electronic medical records, maintain the Restpadd PHF Census Sheet and assist in discharge planning.
