â Receive a base salary for 20 visits a week, productivity bonus for working over 20 visits a week, and the ability to make $90,000 or more a year.
⦠REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER GENERAL PURPOSE:
Plans, organizes, directs and provides care to meet the identified needs of patients/families in accordance with Interim HealthCare policies and procedures, accepted standards of practice, and applicable law and regulation.
⦠EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS:
â¾Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - we will accept and train new RN graduates!
â¾Registered nursing license for the State of California--license is active and in good standing.
â¾Able to provide proof or valid driver's license and provide proof of valid auto liability insurance
âMust be able to pass health screening, background clearance and have current CPR
