SMART Workforce Center is working with Shasta County public employers like the City of Redding, Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, and more to recruit for the cleanup, repair, and maintenance needed after north state storms & fires. We're seeking individuals that are looking for Full-Time employment opportunities.
Wages depend on the project and range between $16.00 - $24.89+ per hour.
Employment Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Currently unemployed and:
Are receiving Unemployment Insurance or have exhausted your allotted Unemployment Insurance OR have been unemployed for 15 weeks or longer.
Some positions may require a pre-employment drug screen, background check, proof of vaccination ( or waiver) and/or physical
These positions are temporary but may lead to permanent employment with the established job sites.
