Position Description:
We are looking for an Associate Attorney with at least 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in probate and trust administration, estate planning, or elder law, to join our family-oriented firm. Trial experience is preferred, extensive discovery and deposition experience is essential. The ability to communicate with clients in a sensitive and professional matter is required. Time management, strong proofreading and grammatical skills, organization, professionalism, and ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
The position will primarily focus on probate and trust administration, litigation, and conservatorships. You will be expected to possess strong research skills (specifically through WestLaw) and appear in court. Ability to think on your feet is a must! Our goal is for this position not to be a transitional opportunity, but rather a long-term position in a hard-working and well-respected firm with room for growth.
