Essential Functions
Clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and taking/distributing meeting minutes
Update employee and equipment information on SharePoint
Manage and maintain Division specific spreadsheets
Maintain and organize office filing and storage systems
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate consistent attendance and positive attitude
Microsoft Office Skills with experience in Excel and Google Docs
Strong organizational skills; possesses the ability to work on multiple tasks and is detail oriented
Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
