Must be a licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Manicurist, and have beauty product knowledge. We are looking for the right person with a helpful and kind demeanor who enjoys talking on the phone with clients. Our Customer Service specialists take product orders over the phone and consult on beauty product needs via email, phone, and social media. They assist customers with their ordering, work with our warehouse staff to make sure orders are on time, and customers are satisfied.
