Position: Site Supervisor, Retail Store Construction
Full-time opportunity for an experienced, technically proficient Construction Site Supervisor to join our team immediately in Redding, CA for the construction / renovation of a retail store on Market Street.
Responsibilities:
Manage construction site on a daily basis at all stages of construction
Ensure quality standards, in accordance with plans and specifications
Lead, schedule and coordinate the work of various trades and vendors on site
Manage all sub-trades
Accountability for meeting deadlines and budgets
Ensure compliance regarding all health and safety requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years construction experience; 2+ years experience as a site supervisor
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and communication skills [written, verbal, electronic], meticulous attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Self motivated, comfortable setting goals and tasks
A technical background is essential. Please include all training and courses completed.
Knowledge of the Building Code(s)
