- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must have tools and nail bags.
- Able to work from elevated areas.
- Familiar OSHA job site safety requirements and practices.
- Knowledge of protective gear and its proper use.
- Means of reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints, a plus.
