RLT Inc. is a well established business with a fleet of over 100 trucks. We are looking for qualified applicants for a full-time tire tech and mechanic position. We have a full shop that operates Monday - Saturday with most positions scheduled for Tuesday - Saturday. We do have a rotation schedule for Monday shifts. Duties would include general maintenance on trucks and trailers, perform 90 day DOT inspections, conduct daily yard checks, and maintaining a clean work area. This position will entail thorough checks of tires including tire pressure, tire tread, and overall condition on tires in our Redding yard. Qualified applicants should have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a drug screening.
