We have been serving our community at our same location for over 45 years and a couple of our technicians have been with us for 20 years. Our auto technicians and office team are the best around!
We are looking for an auto technician with current experience diagnosing and performing general repair to all vehicle components, including:
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, fuel injection, intake manifolds, braking, air conditioning. General repair of all vehicle components.
Diagnose and repair vehicle computers, emissions, check vehicle drivability.
Test drive customers' vehicles to verify complaints and repairs.
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner providing excellent customer service.
Use computer scanners, diagnostic lab scopes and multiple diagnostic testing instruments.
Use online services from Alldata Pro, Mitchell on Demand, and several online technical reference sites.
Help maintain a clean shop environment.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current experience at a full-service automotive repair shop or dealership, minimum 5 years.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical circuits and electrical principles.
Basic computer skills; knowledge and experience using computer scanners, diagnostic lab scopes and multiple diagnostic testing instruments.
Self-motivated with great time management.
Respect for others and ability to work productively in a team environment.
ASE Certification.

Many of our customers have three generations of their family coming to our shop for their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs. We are committed to treating each customer and each job with our very best service!
HOURS are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (with lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.).
BENEFITS include health insurance and yearly vacation pay.
Must be able to pass drug screen test and have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. We are a Scent Sensitive and a No Smoking business.
Mechanics routinely lift up to 75 pounds; must be able to stand, squat, step up and generally move in and around the vehicles to perform necessary diagnostic and repair work; and maintain a personal inventory of normal mechanic’s tools (specialized diagnostic equipment provided).

SALARY starting at $5,500 to $6,500 per month. Monthly wage offer will be based on qualifications, current experience, meeting listed requirements and ASE Certification.
