4-skilled Operators
4-skilled and crafted Cement Mason and Finishers
4-skilled Laborers
SnL Group, Inc. is a privately owned, General Engineering Contracting Company. We obtain a wide variety of construction work, which includes but is not limited to: earth work and site work, paving (asphalt and concrete), concrete finishing, waste water treatment plants, sewer laterals and more.
Requirements:
Must have a valid and clean California Driver's License.
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment screening
Must be able to work well with others and follow directions.
Must be able to read job site plans.
Must be detailed orientated, takes initiative and versatile in skills.
Be eager to learn and advance within the company.
At least 3-years experience within the construction industry.
Must work safely, efficiently, follow directions and work well with others.
As an operator, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
A backhoe, excavator, skip-loader and grader.
Having experience and knowledge with trenching and underground is a plus.
Operate safely with high skill production and accuracy. You must care and respect the equipment, vehicles and the job site(s) that you are on.
As a labor, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
Traffic control
Clearing debris from work site(s)
Use of jackhammers, hand tools and other small equipment.
Experience with underground utilities and asphalt paving will take preference.
As a cement mason/finisher, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
Structural building, street, curb and side walk
Concrete Finishing; forming, framing and rebar tying, edging and floating
