As a Construction Foreman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
⢠Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair and maintain projects
⢠Work in outdoor utility construction sites
⢠Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
⢠Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment
⢠Manage all aspects of job-site construction
About You:
⢠Safety is a part of your day to day
⢠Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
⢠You know the telecom construction industry
o Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.
⢠You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
⢠You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
⢠You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
