We take care of our owner-operators because we only succeed if you do. We work with owner operators to keep them rolling even in the event of a breakdown. We strive keep our drivers busy at work rather than sitting at home waiting for a phone call. The plain and simple fact is no one makes money if your truck is sitting unloaded. This is not a forced dispatch situation we always work with our drivers to accommodate them whenever possible. For example, home time requests, pay advances, time-off, truck repairs, etc.
Qualified applicants should have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Our rates are highly competitive and we pay our owner-operators based off a percentage.
