Process Server Daily, Inc., is in search of the right person to join our team as a process server. PSD is growing and in need of a few hard working and diligent process servers.
Our process servers are employed, while, many other process serving companies hire independent contractors to serve their legal documents, PSD, prefers to hire process servers as employees. This allows our servers to work at an hourly rate and all of their taxes are taken care of on their paycheck. PSD prefers to hire individuals with little to no experience with process serving. We prefer to train our servers to get things done the right way.
This is a part-time position, ranging anywhere from two-five days a week. The shifts are four-hour shifts. The schedule consists of, weeknights, weekday mornings, Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. We are very flexible and can work with your schedule.
Candidates that are ideal for this position are usually individuals in college or on the path to a legal career, people in legal positions looking for supplemental income, or someone that does not like to be in the office under direct supervision. This position allows for you to work independently while working a regular part-time work schedule under the direction and instruction of one of the best in the industry.
PSD was founded in 2014, by a man with a knack for coordinating and training process servers to ensure the most effective form of service. He is able to take a person with no experience and teach them the correct way to serve legal documents in a safe and effective manner.
We believe in training our process servers from the bottom up. While, PSD, won't turn someone away with some process serving experience, PSD welcomes those with no experience. If you're into trying something new that is more exciting than delivering pizzas, process serving just might be for you.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PROCESS SERVER:
*A RELIABLE AND ECONOMICAL VEHICLE
*FULL-COVERAGE INSURANCE (PROOF OF)
*VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (PROOF OF VALIDITY)
*PROCESS SERVER REGISTRATION (PSD WILL REIMBURSE THE COST WITHIN A YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT) (YOUR REGISTRATION IS GOOD FOR TWO YEARS) (DO NOT REGISTER AS A PROCESS SERVER UNTIL YOU HAVE PASSED THE INTERVIEW AND HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS HIRED)
This position starts at $12.00, an hour and paid mileage reimbursement. Currently, mileage paid is $.25 cents per mile. With raise evaluations at 30, 60, 90, 1 year, and annually thereafter.
