Job scope:

  • Help support Informatica clients on the Informatica MDM module
  • Resolve open trouble tickets
  • Interaction with clients via email, phone and web/ video meetings
  • Work with engineering and other cross functional teams

Skills:
  • Good communication skills -both written and verbal
  • Service-oriented and customer oriented
  • Self-managed and self-driven
  • 2-3 years Informatica MDM experience
  • Java development experience
  • Knowledgeable on Databases (MSSQL, Oracle etc)
  • Knowledgeable on OS Windows, Linux
