The successful candidate will have

10+ years professional experience in software development in languages like Java, Python, Scala.
5+ years of Data Engineering experience
ETL development experience
Experience building large scale distributed data systems
Expertise in at least one of the public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
Experience with distributed computing technologies like Spark, Flink, Hadoop etc.
Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with or knowledge of data warehousing solutions
Knowledge or experience with machine learning and NLP principles
Experience working with RESTful API and general microservice oriented architectures
Skilled communicator both to technologists as well as business stakeholders
Outstanding track record of innovation and success
Experience at Scrum or other agile development methodologies, with attention to code quality, delivering secure code
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Data Privacy principles a plus
