Job description:
Business Analyst (ETQ Reliance), you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Learning business processes and relevant software technologies
• Participating in the development and implementation of new systems and solutions
• Maintaining existing systems that support two or more departments such as Quality, Logistics and Operations
• Interfacing with various departments within the organization to understand needs, requirements, and collaborate in the development, testing and implementation of solutions
• Developing knowledge and skills in enterprise scale application design, development and implementation of systems such as SAP and Reliance ETQ
• Participating in software validation activities to ensure that software solutions are designed to perform as intended
• Collaborating in the development of training material
• Working with senior members of the team to support enterprise systems and business processes within one or more enterprise applications related to Quality, Logistics and Operations
• Working on latest relevant software technologies to provide computer software solutions and applications to the organization

• Experience working with ETQ Reliance.
• Experience with computer systems, including programming and configuring ETQ Reliance
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with other team members to meet required timelines
