We are searching for an exceptional Program Manager/Business Analyst to provide operational support to the Education leadership team. As a Program Manager you will:
-Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, including quarterly business reviews, department all-hands, and employee development initiatives
-Help plan, lead and manage effective team meetings, including defining agenda, facilitating working sessions, and capturing minutes, action items, and follow-ups as needed
-Support the strategy team in conducting research and analysis by leveraging your analytical thinking, desktop research, and customer interview skills
-Be a culture champion; organize social and community events that reinforce our culture and values
-Develop product knowledge of 3D Design software: Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Inventor, SolidWorks, or other competitive productsMinimum Qualifications:
-5+ years work experience in management consulting, program management, project management, or equivalent experience
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
-Project management experience and credentials such as PMP (project management professional) certification (Required)
-Experience leading cross-functional teams
-Proficiency in Microsoft excel especially comfort with using functions/tools such as VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, Pivot tables, and Fuzzy lookup
-SharePoint experience needed
