DescriptionZone Starting Wage: $15.50Position Overview:The Inventory Supervisor, MWS is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing on-site MWS inventory events and serves as the point person for the Inventory Associates during a given event. This role is responsible for the process flow and directing Inventory Associates to ensure that Perfect Event standards are met.Essential Responsibilities:Supervises customers’ on-site inventories at the various warehouse locations, utilizing RGIS standardized processes
Manages inventory flow plans and effectively directs and guides Inventory Associates during the inventory process to ensure Perfect Event standards are met
Strategically plans and executes various project plans based on warehouse architecture, lift requirements, and output requirements
Exhibits exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels
Consistently drives profitability and productivity goals by utilizing financial and analytical management tools to monitor performance
Oversees execution of inventories; ensures accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and on-time completion objectives are met for each inventory performed
Demonstrates RGIS core values of Integrity, Excellent, Teamwork, Respect and Innovation at all times
Performs quality control activities at customers’ on-site Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Specialty inventory events, utilizing RGIS standardized processes
Manages RGIS count reconciliation processes, runs variance sheets, runs performance reports, and trains customers on tablet verifications
Performs first count verifications on warehouse counters
Uses RGIS equipment to document quality measures (handhelds, tablets, and laptops)
Required Qualifications & Skills:High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or similar environments
Exhibits exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, having a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels
Able to work flexible schedules with varying hours
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Associates degree or higher in a business-related field
Working Conditions:This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via automobile for several hours at a time.Please note that this Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
