Principle Responsibilities:Complete month end close responsibilities related to production accounting.
Complete weekly P&L reporting.
Reconcile production accounting activities related to inventory
Create, validate and update weekly product costing runs.
Create new product cost set up.
Analyze production variances and report weekly to plant management
Reconcile production variance P&L to financial P&L.
Liaise with production teams to ensure procedures are being followed.
Maintain and report production and operations KPI’s.
Implement controls throughout manufacturing environment.
Establish and maintain written desk procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Education: B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferredExperience: 5+ years accounting experienceSpecial Skills:Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to multi-task along with maintaining a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage through change
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
SAP or Oracle experience
