Location: Rosemead, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Manager in the Rosemead, CA area. This position will be remote through COVID.
This position will have the following requirements;
Maintain a roadmap and regularly review with stakeholders and partners and clearly define feature requirements and business logic for the scrum team and design partners; support strategic discussions on the future direction of the product and user experience; align various stakeholders (marketing, operations, OCM, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope and in preparation for launch
Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product releases; direct UAT efforts;
Set KPI-driven priorities for the scrum team and work to achieve the desired outcome; use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management and practicing agile values and principles
Experience owning the product backlog with a scrum team and confident in independently managing a scrum team
Comfortable drafting detailed product requirements from user stories to Product Requirement Documents Desired Skills/Attributes Experience w/ Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean experience
