Dual opportunity with startup event/wedding business Black Oak Vineyards operating out of Cool, CA. --- and a creative, one-of-a-kind eCommerce business that teaches how to do magic and manufactures high-end playing cards ($5M). You'll be working with a hand picked team of effective, wonderful people...both businesses are highly creative, and the winner of this position will keep the financials of both businesses. The majority of this job can be performed remotely with opportunity to travel to Cool, CA head office sparingly.

Day to Day
⢠Payroll/HR knowledge
⢠Inventory knowledge (5000 sq.ft. warehouse, 500 SKUâs)
⢠Purchase order reconciliation
⢠Royalty payments monthly
⢠Extensive use of QuickBooks
⢠Account reconciliation
⢠State, Out of State tax reporting
⢠Invoice payments
⢠Expense reports
⢠Tag/monitor fixed assets
⢠Analytical problem solving skills
⢠Maintain organized files
⢠Bank Statements / Credit Cards
