Established Roseville CPA firm is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for bookkeeping functions, the preparation of financial statements, calculating payroll, preparing payroll reports and annual 1099's and preparation of Business Property Statements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, calculation of payroll, payroll tax reporting and general ledger entries. Tax preparation is a plus. The candidate must have a solid understanding of accrual accounting, and strong experience in using QuickBooks, Excel and Word with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with Business Works is a plus. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy is a must.
This is a Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt position. Salary is DOE.
