Client Liaison
Monthly Client review. Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communications
Interview and Hire field staff employees
Oversee a workforce of approximately 60 employees
Delegate work to immediate subordinates keeping the ranks enthusiastic
Prepare and review reports daily for timely submission and dissemination creating Inter Company Memo documents
Reviews to ensure maximum quality customer service for leveraging, making sure a smooth operation is completed in all aspects of the company
Create and deliver Operational guidelines for all field workforce
Create a safe management process with goals to drive down performance discrepancies
Drive a cultured team operation with goals for shrinkage of damage controls
Safety Oversight and training of subordinates to ensure proper workforce policies are being delivered
Ensure that the delivery of employee company policies and procedures are met at a quality level
Assist in staff performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions and merit achievements
Skills Required
Astute Computer program knowledge
Ability to adapt to new industry related computer software
Maintain a profitable operational budget
Excellent Driving Record
Ability to Prioritize Projects
Additional requirements include:
A high school diploma
Possess at least 3-4 years relevant work experience, good oral and written skills for effective communication
Strong customer service experience, knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; and attention to detail and type at least 40 wpm.
Have comprehension on procedures and policies that are associated with the industry
Motivate and manage employees
